How is credit usage calculated?
Credit usage depends on the tool you use and your settings. Each tool shows the number of credits required before you run it. Voice chat is billed differently. See the FAQ question 'How much does voice chat cost?' for more details.
How much does voice chat cost?
Voice chat (live conversation to the voice assistant) is billed by time at 10 credits per minute. This is separate from the credits you spend when running a tool. Time is prepaid in 5-minute blocks of 50 credits. When you end the session, any unused whole minutes from your current block are refunded.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in the Account section of your account dashboard. While we do not offer prorated refunds, you will still have access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle after canceling your subscription.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
After you cancel your subscription, you can still use your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the free plan, and your credits will reset to the free plan's allowance.
What are add-on credits?
Add-on credits are extra credits you can purchase at any time. They are added to your current credit balance and, unlike subscription credits, they roll over between billing cycles and expire 6 months after the date of purchase or when your subscription ends, whichever comes first. Your subscription credits are always used first, and add-on credits are only used once your subscription credits run out.

No, subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your credits will be refreshed at the beginning of each billing cycle according to your plan.
